Post endotromotis surgery

Hi all. I had a lapascopy 5 years ago and they found endotromotis and a cyst on each ovary all was well although ttc was still impossible somehow :(. The pains returned and at the end of July this year I went through surgery again now cysts this time but endotromotis again and the surgeon said my tubes were open but very damaged. Well my first period after was very very heavy but now after my first period 2 and half weeks ago I've started again is this normal? Never experienced this after my first surgery and I'm so worried. I also have m.e/cfs and depression lol so I'm messed up no wonder I can't conceive x
