Hi - Cod Liver oil helps me for stiff joints. Also I take Devils Claw in tincture form which is from a brand called AVogel. I use so many of their supplements they are amazing.

Hi, go onto Marilyn Glenville website it has a ebook that can be downloaded £3.95 provides great information for Endo including diet, daily living, supplements etc. it really will give you a good understanding and you can refer to it constantly. 😊

Magnesium is great for joints and muscle, selenium, omega oils all good too. Cut wheat from your diet- hard at first but well worth it for how much better you feel in the long run.
