Blood pressure drops

Hi, having real trouble with blood pressure which is high while I am sitting and goes very low whilst I have been standing for ten minutes and I have to sit down very quickly or faint.

Do you have a diagnosis for this? I have a postural drop which is caused by postural orthostatic tachichardia syndrome (pots) which can be helped by extra salt, water intake, raising head of bed. And medication if needed. Wonder if you might have this? X
