Endo come back or effects of removal by laser

Really odd question, but after having a lap and excision of endo by laser at the beginning of April, every time I have an orgasm I have a sharp pain inside the front of my vagina on the right hand side. I'm wondering if somehow there is nerve damage from the laser, or if this is a symptom of more endometriosis. I have a follow up appt at the beginning of September but would be very embarrassed to raise this :-( .

Don't be embarrassed, I know it's hard but they have probably heard it all before.

I had laser for minimal endo in 2011, unfortunately it was unsuccessful and I continued to have symptoms.

I have the pain you are referring to on deep penetration x
