Really worried

I was diagnosed with stage 3 endo in May which is on my womb. They didn't remove it just scrapped bits off as I didn't give consent for them to go inside me via my vagina. My gyno said my best option is to have the fake menopause injection as a temp thing for 1-2yesrs.

I've still not had it yet. First period I was psin free. Just on my second and I've turned crazy, mood swings are awful, being horrible to my bf without realising and going mad for no reason at all. I'm the complete opposite. I'm a very happy easy going person. Really worried that when I have these injections I'm going to be ten times worse and it's going to edge t my relationship with my bf. Any advice would be great if anyone has had similar situation.
