Fousty discharge after insertion of mirena coil

Hi ladies (sorry if the title of my post is a little descriptive)

Hope your all well!

I had a mirena coil fitted with my laparoscopy last friday, and I have been having some fousty smelling white discharge since.

Is this normal?

I didn't have a coil fitted but after my last lap I had a funny smelling discharge. Smelt really chemically. I went to docs and they said its from the op and would pass x
