Pelvic muscles

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone else suffers from weakened lower abdominal muscles after their laparoscopy?

I had mine 2 years ago and ever since then I seem to pull my lower abdominal and groin muscles really easily.

I was just wondering if anyone else experienced the same and if anyone had any suggestions!
