Endo Diet Book?

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good Endo Diet book? I've been following it online but would love a book? I'm veggie but I've noticed a lot of what I need comes from fish. So I've re-introduced that into my diet.

endo-resolved.com/diet.html I am a veggie too and I use this diet book by Carolyn Levett. It has loads of useful information in it and really helped. :)

Try a book by henrietta norton, specifically for endo, which has several lifestyle tips, including dietary changes. Her website, wildnutrition.com has a link to a document for 'cleansing' which also has some recipe ideas. She is a nutritionist, who has herself a history of endo I understand. A useful starting point.
