its possible that your ovulating and because of them mucking about in there you are still quite sensitive in the area. Please allow yourself about 6 months to feel fully healed you can't judge what was done inside by the scar on the outside. You should take it easy to avoid causing adhesion formation from surgery. even something so little as vacuuming should be avoided for 6 weeks post surgery.
