Fed up with pains

Hi,

Fed up with Endo, adhesions, cystitis returning so many times after having so many operations. I'm wondering if it's food related. I am getting panic attacks, getting scared just before I eat in case it makes the pains worse.

I think I'm coming to the point where I can't be bothered to eat anymore.

Feeling sad, feeling lonley.

Hi there,I am so sorry to hear you are struggling. Have you had food intolerance testing? I can't remember if you eat wheat free or not.

Don't feel sad and lonely, you are not alone. Message me if you like and we can chat. I am also holding a Skype call to introduce anyone interested in Sophrology this afternoon at 13.00 UK time if you are interested. It can help with anxiety and I am finding it beneficial for pain too.

Big hugs and please don't be lonely.

Hi,

I've had food intolerance test done before and it came back negative. The doctor said I can eat anything, but I have found that is not the case, I'm not eating gluten, wheat, soya, dairy as they cause problems for me. I don't understand that if the test came back normal then how can I have problems with food?

Thank you for being here for me, knowing that I'm not alone doesn't make me feel so lonely.

Sweety.

Hi Sweety, I hear you. I came back fine with wheat and gave it up over christmas. Voila, my eczema on my hands has disappeared. An old doctor of my Mums used to say what is on the outside is on the inside too, so with the eczema I can also use this to visualise the Endo diminishing too. There is also an element of energy flows where our thoughts go though with food. If you have a feeling that all this food is bad for you then you are putting out that energy. Also if you have cut certain foods out of your diet for several weeks or months and then starting eating it again, your gut will need to adjust to it slowly.

Can you do some simple relaxation exercises before you eat. I'm not a religious person, but the simple act of a prayer and a blessing of your food before you eat has many benefits. When I am feeling unwell I now Reiki my food before I eat it and this helps massively with my thoughts about what I am eating and to take the time to feel I am positively affecting things. If you are religious then some simple breathing exercises to relax you and a prayer may help you.

Also have you tried Serrapeptase, it is a great supplement for inflammation. I use astenzymes.com/exclzyme I mail order it from the US, but it is worth it. It contains Turmeric and Boswellia plus other helpful things too that help with inflammation.

Hope this helps and join us this afternoon if you like.

Big hugs

Hi Jen,

I always do a quick prayer before eating. I have recently started doing Reiki again on myself, I've never been attuned as I can't afford it, I'm not working.

I will try breathing exercise to relax me, I haven't tried that before maybe it will help me.

I haven't tried Serrapeptase I will look into that, thank you so much. I put Tumeric in all my cooking and also put a little in hot coconut milk.

I'll try to join you this afternoon, thank you Jen.

Turmeric is better absorbed with a bit of oil like coconut oil and black pepper. If you like golden milk made with almond milk and coconut oil with a twist of black pepper you will feel better. It's like a hug in a mug. xxx
