Hi, im currently trying to conceive after recently being diagnosed with endo. From the research ive read it appears that women with endo are more likely to conceive in the year after they have endo areas removed. This may be a bit of an extreme option and not suitable for you. Had my op 4 weeks ago so fingers crossed it helps me out. Most things say to try for a year before speaking to your gp about it, but if you know you have endo its worth speaking to your gp sooner. Even couples with no fertility issues can find it takes a while to conceive. If you have been on contrceptives, espescially the depo injection that can affect your ability to conceive. Might be worth trying ovulation sticks to plan sex for the optimum time for conception. My best piece of advice is to try and relax about it, I know thats easier said than done, but stress can negatively affect your ability to conceive. Ive read lots of positive stories about ladies with endo conceiving and having healthy beautiful babies. Good luck x

I know you said you didn't want to consider an IVF cycle. But many people I know have been given tablets called Clomid before going through IVF. It's meant to stimulate egg production. But it's just a course of tablets, I think. Look it up. It helped 3 people I know fall pregnant without having to have IVF

Good luck!

X
