Bladder infection

I have a bladder infection and not sure how I got it, I do know that I have endo on/in my ureter (spelling), wonder if this could have caused it, any info would be greatly appreciated & thank you.

Hi, I suffer from repeat bladder infection (interstitial cystitis) I've had this non stop for over 2 years. My GP said that I may have Endo on my bladder wich is causing repeated infection.

For me, I think it's the Endo causing all my bladder problems. Antibiotics don't really help much and I had to have an op to burn the cystitis off from inside my bladder.

I have noticed recently that one of the triggers is when I do have sex with hubby the cystitis comes back.

So far after my op I had one week where I was painfree and thought I was well enough to get on with my life, but it's not the case and I'm back to square one.

Have you been to see your GP? he should give you antibiotics once you do a urine test to determine which antibiotics will work for you.

Thank you for replying. Yes, the ER doctor prescribed antibiotics. My hubby & I do not have sex due to the pain afterwards, thank goodness I see my GYN next month.

When you see the gyno next month, if they don't mention a camera test ask for one. I had it done and that's when they found bloody lumps. I was so reviled that I wasn't imagining it in my head.

I find sex too painfull too, it is frustrating, we don't have much sex like before I got these pain.
