Help with problems again....

Hi I have severe endo I have had 2 operations over the last 1 and half years. I've had 2 cycles of ivf which Didnt work and the found out I have less than 1% ovarian reserve left so now the process is egg donation which we r trying to save the money for. So in December my ivf doc advised me to take the pill for 3 months and have a 10 day break and have a bleed which Is so painful and unlivable with. I have been doing this since Christmas 2013. Basically over the last week I have started to get the pains back that I used to have before operations and even though I am on pill I am spotting quite alot and sometimes feel unwell in my self which are sell the symptos I used to have. I went to c my doc who didn't seem bothered. She put me on Naproxen as she thinks it's immflamed. The cysts I had r always there and I am worried it's coming back. Can anybody help? Thank you xx
