Feeling Worried ....& Confused. Someone please HELP?

I had my second lap in January 2014 which the consultant remove what ever endo was present and reviewed my bladder etc: I had endo around my ovaries, long the top of my womb and other relating problems. I now since have server pains in my lower back and my lower abdomen especially in my right side. I also keep taken thrush, having protein in my urine and other vaginal problems and I am really getting fed up with it as I thought I should have been getting better and in less pain and having less problems but I am actually feeling worse physically and emotionally.

Has anyone else felt like this after their lap, or would know what could be wrong? All thoughts are welcome as I really want to understand what is going on.
