Feeling down

It's been so long since I logged on but today I'm feeling particularly crap. My endo pain has spread to my legs today and I'm struggling to walk. I am just so so tired too! Does anyone have any tips to help combat the fatigue the pain brings? Xx

Hi

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling low today Hun. I can sympathise with your leg pain and tiredness. I actually found exercise helped. Used to be a drag to get to gym or go for a jog but half hour helped boost my energy levels. I also when leg pain bad sleep with a pillow next to me so when lie on side leg flops on to it and I find I have better quality of sleep. Routine seems to be my key and I set myself mini goals during the day I.e. Go sort washing out on line then sit down for half hour with a coffee and fav TV program on. I also don't eat many refined carbs as they make me feel sluggish. Hope you feel better soon. X
