Feeling low
I totally feel your pain, I'm so sick of being run down, having next to no energy and being all together fed up with constant niggling pains and sickness! And also a huge vile cold. All I want to do is be fit and healthy and back to my gym bunny training days but maybe that's wishful thinking.
Top up on lemsip honey, thinking of you x
Omg its so nice to talk to someone who feels the same. I think everyone around me thinks I am going mad. Gpimg to start a new diet and see what that achieves. I woke up today with pains in my thighs and downstairs. Tomorow will be something else but have to r what main positive x
Yes you do but don't feel bad or guilty. I'm a police officer and work shifts and I'm so fed up with feeling crap, I tell myself to man up every day but it's truly impossible. The fact of the matter is it's a disease that not many people have knowledge about so seem to turn a blind eye. Hormones affect so much of your body it's impossible to feel 100% well with so much going on. What frustrates me is one year ago I had no pain and no knowledge of this at all until suddenly an ovarian cyst ruptured and I swear since that day I have never been the same. If it's not period pains it's cramp and wind pains and if it's not that it's wee type pain and back ache not to mention the bloating! Let me know how the diet plan goes, I've tried clean eating and as much exercise as I can do which seems to help, alcohol isn't great altho does numb the pain x
