Advice on fertility?

I am ringing my consultant tomorrow as after my lap in November I am till in awful pain. I am 22 and the thing that gets to me the most beside the pain is fertility.. I had a miscarriage when I was 17 and since then have never fell pregnant but my ex has gone on to have 2 babies. I have a gut feeling this is going to be a problem with me. Can I request a fertility test? I'm so scared

I got diagnosed with endo stage 4, pain went on for a good 4-5 years before it got diagnosed, i had a baby at 19 after that is when the pain started, anyway, had my lap last may, took a good 3/4 months after till i started feeling better (minimal pain) but we have been trying for a baby for the past 2 and a half years, was told that the best chance of getting pregnant is soon after the lap, still not pregnant, so i asked for the dye test, and there was my problem!! Tubes are so damaged due to the endo that there is very little chance il full pregnant now, they also run tests to check my egg count and hormone level they was both fine, i see the fertility consultant and he said my best chance is ivf, also because i have one child they wont fund it, soo got to get saving.........so i would ask for the dye test (not very nice but worth it) ask for bloods to be taken, and if you want to be seen quicker just call up and say its important, good luck xx
