I'm stage 4 severe endometriosis. It's stuck to my bladder, bowel and It took my right Fallopian tube and ovary. Diagnosed in 2006 and since then have had 7 ops so it's safe to say I'm pretty well versed in how my body copes with the pain.
Yesterday was the first ever time the pain was so bad that I collapsed onto the floor when i was trying to gt dressed so i took myself to a&e who did the usual and have me more meds and sent me home but told me to go to the women's hospital if it got worse.
Things haven't got any better and are worse in my stomach currently curled on the sofa with the pain making most of my lower half tingle and sting. but the women's is two busses and a walk away and the pain is really crippling me to the point of nt being mobile.
I can't get an ambulance can I?
Should I just ride it out?
There's no one who could take me or go with me due to everyone being at work.
I don't know what to do guys. I can't control the pain which is rare for me but I also feel like I'm stuck too far away from the hospitals
Sorry for rambling. Any advice?

Agreed .... Call the women's hospital or call your gp for an urgent home visit or try the NHS 111 line if you don't want to call an ambulance. They may well suggest you do just that anyway. Hope you're ok - you've probably made your decision by now.
Endo has a way of making decisions like this feel impossible. Xx
Can you get hold of your gp to get some stronger pain relief .if you are at the stage where you can, t tolerate pain anymore go to hospital ie ambulance good luck
Hi guys, I went to the women's but didn't want to stay. Got given time off work which isn't ideal but I suppose I need it and I've been prescribed oramorph.
I'm in a horrible place because I'm about to do ivf so hormone treatments are out of the question for a while.
Feeling a lot more in control now I have lots of new meds and some time to just sit on the couch.
