Hi! Anyone out their who is so bloated/ Had surgery in Aug, went on ivf in Oct. Fell through now i am still so bloated? Any tips would be greatly appreaciated please? Thanks!

Hi.I used to suffer terribly with bloating.I stopped eating wheat and gluten and the difference has been amazing.

I second this when I stopped eating wheat I felt a stone lighter within a couple of days!
