Bloating

Here I am again writing another post about being so bloated I can’t breathe...

I’m so sick of it I am so bloated to the fact that my back is in agony because of it. I’ve tried everything I can and nothing seems to help. I’m tired of it now it’s so uncomfortable 😢

Have you tried following a low FODMAP diet. I found that this helped immensely when I had severe bloating.

I don’t really understand it and I don’t like fruit and veg so it’s so hard x

I feel you! Always wear a scarf with my outfits to hide my bloated belly, haha

My hot water bottle doesn’t help at all but I’ll look into the caster oil x
