Hi I have my lap on the 14th is it normal to feel anxiety and worry as to what they might find and say x

It absolutely normal to feel anxious, infact it will be abnormal if you weren't having those feelings.

From the endometriosis prospective, a laparoscopy is always the best way to determine if you have Endo and if so where it is and how severe it is. Then treatment options can be discussed with you and then you can make an informed decision.

It's really important to your health, fertility and well being to discover the source of your problems.

It's completely normal to feel anxious. Allow yourself to feel those feelings. But also do things that help you relax and distract your thoughts away from next week.

Hi Billiebear, just wanted to say I feel exactly the same I am in on the 21st for a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy and feel really anxious and worried, you are not alone xxx

Hey girls im glad im not the only one its just the first time ive been for anything like this x

I am due to have my 3rd lap soon, the other two did not bother me, but this time i am so anxious as in so much pain, silly things like what if they don't find any Endo, what if they find more than Endo, think its a fear of the unknown. Good luck x
