Pain suddenly stopped after 3 months ........?

After 3 months of constant pelvic (period type) pain, backache, leg pain, needing to wee all the time, heavy painful periods etc - I had my last period mid December - not as painful as usual but still very heavy and clotty.

Amazingly since then - no pelvic pain, not needing to wee as much - in fact the only problem I currently have is back & leg pain !!!

I am supposed to go and have the zoladex implant shortly - wondering if I need bother - or do you think this "lack of symptoms" may be short lived ?
