Does anyone else find that wearing high heels contributes to pain?

Yes, As struggled from my teens to wear heels and usually would have taken them off by the end of the night and the next day would be even worse, not just because of the hang over! Flats are my best friend now and only ever wear a slight heel maybe 3/4 times a year, but I can do that now because my partying days are over and slippers and dressing gown are my favourite items of clothing! Take care X

Thanks for replying. I used to wear heels every day, but since being ill I find even a small heel difficult to wear. I had to ask as I wondered if it was just me imagining things. Good to know its not just me. Flats are my best friend too :)

I am flats too these days. I cannot understand how women can torture themselves in heels all day. It would have me suicidal in pain.

Thanks ladies for replying. Like I said I needed to know if it was just me or due to this illness. Has my back in agony if I wear heels. Sooo not worth the pain xx
