Hi I had lap abt 3weeks ago and I have had no periods so I was wondering why I had no periods

I had lap and they took appendix out and cysts dr said I can try to get pregnant so was wondering when I will start periods what is recovery time and when should I try xx

Everyone is different, sometimes a lap (or any operation for that matter) messes with your cycle and can make you early/late.

You can start trying when you feel ready. Again, everyone is different, though i would say 4-6 weeks minimum is about average.

Thanks for replying I will not ovulate until after periods so better to wait lol xx

I had my lap op and alot of endo removed on the 1st, i have had the start of my period twice now in the same week but it disappeared almost as soon as it came. Ive spoken to a couple of woman on here and its just a case of waiting for your cycle to get back to normal xx

I had my lap in Oct and didn't have a period until the January

When u started ur period was the cycle normal x

Yes my period was as before, if not worse to be honest x
