Join us for an hour-long meditation class in central London at 6.15pm or just come straight to the group meeting at 7.15pm.

Mindful Mumas-to-be is a group for anyone trying to conceive, going through fertility treatments or who is in early pregnancy following difficulties and is interested in mindfulness and the mind-body link, I am supported by the charity Infertility Network UK.

Meditation Class:

Experienced meditation teacher Nick Kientsch leads this one hour drop in class. Suitable for people with no prior meditation experience, Nick's gentle and clear tuition will guide us through a series of short meditations.

Start the week by clearing some space in your head, relaxing and energising yourself for the week ahead.

Chairs are available as well as cushions so you can come straight from work without needing a change of clothing. No need to book - just turn up, sit down and relax.

£6 donation for meditation class. (Not run by Mindful Mumas-to-be.)

6.15pm Bloomsbury Baptist Church

235 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8EP London

Arrive a little early to get settled to start at 6.15.
