Fatigue help :(

Does anyone suffer from terrible fatigue? I struggle to keep my eyes open, I am basically a walking zombie. I work full time and it's just a nightmare. I can't take time off or I would lose my job but I could quite happily sleep for most of the day given the chance. How can I stop feeling so tired?

Try and take magnesium vitamin tablet as they do sometimes help too and I get very tired too and work full time but longer hours than work normal 37 hours so I take them and it helped a lot for me x

I live on Berocca and Berocca boost. They really do help. 1 for breakfast and another later in the day if I need it. Xx

Fruit /veg smoothies and juices also help to give me a boost. Main thing is to try to rest as much as you can which means ditching the stuff you don't really need to do. A good thing that can help revive is a yoga position - lie down on floor with your legs up against a wall so you a right angle. Put arms out to the side, close eyes and rest for ten mins in that position.

I am also in the chronic fatigue state all the time.

3 weeks ago I started taking sanatogen multi-vitamins (A-Z complete) (1 a day) in the vain hope I'd be less tired.

after 3 weeks of that, yes I do feel much better in myself when I am awake. A lot better mood wise, and wierdly I have much less joint pain (that's a bonus) but it hasn't really done much to improve the fatigue. I still get tired very quickly, still need to nap and sleep whenever I can, but I do feel more awake when I do wake up.

Perhaps that's as good as it gets.

I will get more when this pot runs out, because it has helped a bit. But it wasn't the miracle I was hoping for.

Hi there,

I feel your pain - or should that be exhaustion?! I too suffer from extreme fatigue and it gets me down that I can't do half as much as I want to do, never mind the stuff I HAVE to do! Up until the beginning of this month I was working full time but due to funding we have had our hours reduced so I am now only working 25 hours per week which should help in theory but I find I am just as tired! I take all sorts of things to try to help myself and aside from berocca I also take something called L-Tyrosine, that does help a little too. Just try not to push yourself too hard is all I can say. Good luck!
