Hi, I've had endometriosis for a long time now and I really find it hard to manage my energy levels. For about a month now I've felt absolutely exhausted, to the point it doesn't matter how much sleep I get I'm still tired. I have to take time off work even though I spend most of my time recuperating and resting to stay in work and recover. There just doesn't seem to be anything that I can do to have enough energy just to get on with everyday stuff. Usually I have this on and off for about a week but this time it's been for two weeks at a time for the past two months. Does anyone else experience this? And if so what have they found that helps improve their energy levels

Endometriosis fatigue and pain
hi! Personally I’ve found that since taking 2 of these “Energy Me” supplements every morning, my chronic fatigue has almost completely disappeared! Now I only really get bad fatigue and tiredness when my endometriosis is flaring, whereas I used to have it everyday, or I’d get to 2pm and just crash. I’ll put the link here for you, I subscribe to it monthly, it’s honestly changed my life (personally) ☺️ montgomeryandevelyn.com/pro...
Hey there! I have my bloods checked regularly and usually when I'm not bouncing back after my period I reach for iron or b12 supplemental. I love floradix liquid because I don't get any constipation with it but the Dr should be able to schedule a blood test to reassure you your levels are ok.
Hey yeah maybe I should get my bloods checked regularly, just went to the doctors to schedule one in but it's taken over 3 weeks to get one! Normally my bloods come up normal anyway but I have been vitamin d deficiency in the past. I've taken floradix but it didn't work on me.
