Hi All - as a naturopathic nutritional therapist and yoga teacher as well as having been on the journey with my own kidneys from childhood through dialysis and transplantation, some of you will notice I have been posting in this group. In case it is also helpful, you can follow my own community here on HU where the posts are more broad. In my view it is helpful to focus on the bigger picture so the kidney issue doesn't become a fixation. So for example finding tools that help you relax will benefit much of your overall health. Life is indeed a mindset. I love my life and have come to know myself truly and deeply through my experiences. This is why I am choosing to share my clinical advice and personal experience with you.

Hello WA!

As you are a qualified nutritionist, I am wondering whether you travel and give talks to groups about nutrition generally?

Hi there. Hope you are well. I do indeed. In fact I collaborated on a wonderful Tonics and Teas event at the stunning Chelsea Physic Gardens last evening with my lovely friend Rachel de Thample who writes gorgeous recipe books. I am moving more into inspirational speaking too and am very happy to travel and give talks to audiences who would find it helpful. Feel free to PM me if you would like to organise something so I can consider options based on where you would need me and how many people and more specifically what topics you'd find useful. Best, Ciara
