latest HBA1C test

Just done a HBA1C test with Medichecks and now it’s 40 mMol my last test was April this year and that was 41 mMol so it’s coming down ever so slightly

I’m been walking a lot and watching what I’m eating and now down to about 78 kg weight so I guess keep plodding on
