Flushing 90 mins after food.

Just recently started to feel a hot flush after meals, particularly carb heavy. I'm not diabetic but am prone to hypoglycemia if I don't eat regularly. I have hypothyroidism and supplement with thyroxine. I'm 66 and have recently had a house flood/COVID and am in a stressful situation. Previous blood sugar tests have been fine but doc did say thyroid people can go on to develop diabetes. If anyone has had any similar symptoms pre or after their diagnosis please let me know. Many thanks.
