I'd never read anything the daily fail publishes. So I didn't click the link.. However I do advocate low carb from personal experience as I have lost 2 stone, reversed my diabetes and my once fatty liver is now no longer fatty..\0/

The article in the Daily Mail has been written by Dr David Unwin who is an NHS diabetes expert. It may be worth a glance during free time.

I have two of my good friends OFF there t2 meds inc Insulin. Wild horses would not stop me giving it a good go. It is possible !
