Testing times and reading goals

Hi guys. I haven’t been diagnosed with diabetes, but have had it in my pregnancy recently. I've been feelling funny so want to check my levels again. Can someone please confirm when I need to check my levels? Is it once when waking (fasting) and one hour after each meal? Or is two hours after? And is it below 5.6 fasting and below 7.8 post meal?

Many thanks!

Your numbers seem to be right. Post-meal is tested generally after two hours.
