3 months ago my blood sugar results long term was 73 , doing the couch to 5k app 8 weeks later blood sugar is not at 5.8% 40 long term with diet of rice n chicken or rice and veg egg fried rice lid I own brand £0.45p per pack poached egg and 1 toast for breakfast , into week 9 of the app I’m 2st 8 lb lighter and now remission of my diabetes so amazed at my results

Congratulations for your amazing results but I don't really understand what is it you are eating. Have always been told that rice is a no-no. Yet, you seem to eat a lot of it. Fried and nofried. Also how many eggs do you eat on a weekly basis?

Poached egg none fried a tip for u get a Yorkshire pudding tray put some oil round it only a little crack an egg in the dish and oven cook it
