Dr. Daniela Jakubowicz Tel Aviv University has published some papers indicating high energy breakfast alters gene expression and helps to control blood sugar.
It is similar to the old saying: eat breakfast like a king, lunch like prince and dinner like popper.
Yesterday, my pp after LCHF dinner was 107, but after 12 hours of overnight fasting, the number is 127.
Since I am also doing IF for about 14 to 18 hours, it is easy for me to skip breakfast rather than skipping lunch or dinner.
Can anyone suggest what will be a better diet plan to achieve my goals? I see conflicting recommendations. I'm type 2 for the last 14 years. I want to reverse my insulin resistance and abdominal obesity. My bmi is 24. I'm a Vegeterian, but I can eat eggs. The A1c is between 6.2 to 6.7 in the last 10 months. With high carb diet pp goes around 230.
