I try my best to keep as Low_Carb as I can. I keep away from things that are High in carbs.

Novo Nordisk will be doing a cycle ride across the UK with thier T1 team! It starts on the 9th of June.

Have been down to watch them start this morning. Talked to a lot of the superb riders. Most T1s & it was very funny as right after the safety talk, a tire blew. It sounded like a gun! (Too much pressure in?)

My friend T1 did the 1st day & my other mate did the 2nd day. Both T1s & fit. This weekend I had a lend of an Electric Bike. Loved it & do you think they will notice next year ? If I get one ? 1st day was 70 odd mile
