Update: DEXCOM and Other News

Well, this is the weekly update for you. There’s a lot to say tonight (7:37 pm (USA time)).

I changed the sensor from last week this morning before I went to my job. The old sensor was working pretty good.

On Monday, after charging the receiver in the afternoon, I noticed the cover for where the charger goes into the receiver came off and the receiver’s side was splitting off from itself like a sharp hangnail from a finger or toe. This isn’t good! I was told by the Support Tech Rep. to use tape to keep the door on! See the picture for details. The receiver is next to the door/cover for the charging hole.😫

The new sensor is working pretty good so far.

Next Monday, I will be going on vacation for a few days. I will be in touch when I can.😀👍 Everyone enjoy the weekend and week ahead!😀👍

Which bit is meant to be new? The case isn’t - so is it the unit inside the case?

Hi,

I had an hypo this morning and it knocked me off course this morning but, I'm not too bad now. I'm taking grandson on holiday tomorrow for 4 nights so I won't be online. I'll log back in on my return.

They're not interested at the doctors so, I have to self treat and hope for the best.
