New here and advice needed!

Hey so I've finally plucked up the courage to post on here!

Right so I've had my blood tests (usual yearly ones) as there's a family history of diabetes, high cholesterol and thyroid problems. Diabetes is what I'm worried about, other two results have always come back normal.

I had my HBA1C last year (July 2017) which showed 43, this year it is 46. My diet is fine as I have sensitivities so find it easier to home cook and eat healthier anyway. I've wanted to up my exercise but with my diagnosis and surgery for endometriosis (November 2017) recovery and getting to know those symptoms has been slow, hence this has impacted what fitness I can do - routine week is 1 hour krav maga, 1 hour mixed martial arts, 30 min HIIT, 1 hour pole fit, plus time each weekend for practice of all. The recovery was slowed due to a bacterial chest infection and a dislocated kneecap, until about a month ago, when I've gone back into it all full force.

I'm due for a repeat blood test in October / November, if I keep up the above fitness pending any injuries or bad illnesses will that bring down my pre-diabetes level? If there's any more info you want like my diet etc let me know.

Any advice is much appreciated xx
