Hello everyone! I'm so happy that last week's sensor was doing quite nicely. There were a few hiccups, but I never had to get a free replacement sensor sent out like the last few weeks. This last sensor lasted the entire week-- even when my 7-month-old Niece was sleeping on me. I was thrilled that it had worked so well.

Había unos hipos, pero nunca tuve que conseguir un sensor de reemplazo libre enviado como las últimas semanas. Este último sensor duró la semana entera - aun cuando mi Sobrina de 7 meses dormía en mí. Me conmoví que había trabajado tan bien.
Early this morning (2:30 am), I had been woken up by the DEXCOM alarming. It so happens, it was a real alarm and I needed some food before going back to bed. The number on the Breeze2 said I was 91 mg/dl and the DEXCOM said I was 79 ->. I was almost up for half an hour before I could go back to sleep. Then, I had to wake up at 6:30 to start my day. I'm not sure how I was able to keep awake for most of the day, but when a person forces themselves to do something--- then it CAN BE DONE NO MATTER WHAT OR HOW THE PERSON FEELS IS RIGHT! Sometimes, you have to do what you have to do and hope it works out for the best. I personally see it this way.
Temprano esta mañana (2:30), me había despertado por el alarmante DEXCOM. Así pasa, era una verdadera alarma y necesité un poco de comida antes de volver para acostarme. El número en el Breeze2 dijo que era 91 mg/dl y el DEXCOM dijo que tenía 79 años->. Era casi durante la media hora antes de que pudiera volver para dormir. Entonces, me tuve que despertar a las 6:30 para comenzar mi día. ¡No estoy seguro cómo era capaz de mantener despierto durante la mayor parte del día, pero cuándo unas propias fuerzas de la persona para hacer algo---entonces SE PUEDE HACER PASE LO QUE PASE O CÓMO LA PERSONA SIENTE son CORRECTAS! A veces, tiene que hacer lo que tiene que hacer y esperar que calcule para el mejor. Personalmente lo veo este camino.
I inserted the new sensor in this morning before heading out the door for work this morning. I did the calibrations at the center and so far, the sensor seems to be doing what it's suppose to. I'll see what happens when I have my Niece sleeping on me tomorrow afternoon. That will be one of the tests to see how well this new sensor can work. I did pick my Nephew up and carried him to his room this afternoon, but the sensor was still okay by the time I had to come home for dinner tonight, so that test passed with no issues.

Veré lo que pasa cuando tengo mi Sobrina que duerme en mí mañana por la tarde. Esto será una de las pruebas para ver cómo bien este nuevo sensor puede trabajar. Realmente recogí a mi Sobrino y le llevé a su cuarto esta tarde, pero el sensor era todavía bien cuando tuve que venir a casa para la comida esta noche, de modo que la prueba pasara sin cuestiones.
