Well if you really want to reverse your D you should be highly motivated.

1)Let's know your height, weight and diet.

2) get lab reports to know your D and the damage caused to you by D.

Then comes IDM, Exercise and drugs. You can live drug free life.

Good luck

For type 2 diabetes medication doesn't do anything ,as its diet related disease you have treat it by diet ,

Fasting and exercise is perfect treatment of diabetes .

I watched videos of Dr jason fung which worked miraculous for me and i have reversed my diabetes and i feel after reversing my diabetes my immunity level has also increased .

Overall if i would say Diabetes has done only good for me as i lost weight and become lot discipline in my life .

And i eat everything but in limited quantity between proper intervals .
