one thing that may be happening is that you are replacing fat with muscle which is heavier.
Have you spoken to your GP and what do they say about things?
Yes I did and he said I must stop eating chicken is not good for my blood group of B positive

Hi Les01, a fitness instructor once told me that working out can often lead to some initial weight gain as your muscles tone up they get heavier. Then you start to burn off the fat. Don't know if that has been your experience but I guess it seems logical.
If there is no other medical condition....you may try LCHF along with gym.... it is wonderful tool for weight reduction.
I face with same issue , but 2 days later I lost weight. I think first think after gym is body kept water. I am not sure the reason exactly but you should drink more water to burn calories. if you dirnk 2 litres of water a day. you should drink 3 litres at gym day,
