I have been suffering from diabetes for the last three years. My diet is controlled by taking medicines regularly, but my fasting sugars are around 150 & PP around 200. Please advise me to control my sugar within limits.

Please check out the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation's website. You can either download and/or listen to the free leaflets on "A Healthy Diet and Diabetes" and/or the leaflet on "Diabetes and Exercise". Go to: drwf.org.uk/diabetes-leaflets

Hope this helps.
