Please advice.

Diabetic last 10 year.59 yrs old. Glycomet 2 forte twice, Galvus 50 once, Glaritus insulin 15 U is the medicine. Walking 1 hr daily. Fasting is around 100 mg. PP is varying 150 to 190.Is it OK?

try to cheque after 2 houres around 140 mldl is good controle and Hba1c below 6.5 excellent controle

Thanks. Hba1c was 8.0 in March 1st week.Since then the current medicine is being followed.Glaritus increased from 10U to 15U.

Medicines alone is not the answer. It is better if one takes LCHF food at least low carb, food. Then some exercises, for the body. Baba Ramdev's exercises and Pranayam is best exercise to regulat thebody movements.

Also food taken in small quantity every 2 to three hrs does the wonders, and you can control the diabetics. Test the sugar after 1hr of each food intake and record it.It should not cross say 140/150
