My age 62.i have type 2 dia.,Regularly I am doing in the morning in empty stomach

DHANURASANA YOGA,which by grab my two feet by my 2 hands and bend my body like

(U)shape and move my body forward and backward "Dhanurasana"in the morning in empty

stomach.& 1/2 an hr walking for the past 2yrs (100-130-H1B-6.5).Ofcourse with less

diet.No medicine.last yr 6 months I never did Dhanurasana,at that time my level 140_160

increased.People who are below 60 yrs,try to do Dhanurasana yoga regularly.

Even below the age 60 do under guidence. First many people leave the exercise once they asked to touch their feet. Belly is a big problem. Once u don't have belly this can be tried under a guru. Don't forget take medicines till u r confident the results are OK

Consider consuming regularly IONIZED ALKALINE WATER of 9.5pH. minimum 2 litres per day from morning after getting up from sleep to just before sleeping. You will EXPERIENCE better health > reduced blood sugar, lower B.P. dropped Chlostrol level, NO ACIDITY, with in 15 days of starting to drink ALKALINE WATER.

Yes, it is open forum, I have already given a posting earlier on ALKALINE WATER > please read the same> I am only asking them to reply to my email > should they require more TECHNICAL DETAILS specific to their need. Because then I can send them attachments for further reading. If I could give attachments in this open forum I shall be happy to do so for the reading pleasure of ALL diabetics.
