After getting fresh 7AM-YOGA and PRAYAM, 8AM-250 gm fresh fruit and veg salad+juice etc,Lunch 2 chapaati +2 bowl Sabji +150 gm Salad +100 gm fruit ,water after 2hrs,at tea fruit salad,dinner 8/8.30 PM-2 chapaati +2 bowl Sabji +150 gm salad+100 gm fruit(water after 2 hrs), Supper-milk.NO prohibited Fuits,Potato etc,No date,honey,sugar,etc.This is general ,special diet and treatment is for critical cases........
