Is medicine required?

Despite my honest food restriction and brisk walk for one and half hours daily, the reading of my HbA1c is constantly at 6.4

The fasting is 123 and pp is 212.

I have not started any medicine.

I have reduced my carb intake at very low level

OK!

Do not be hopeless!!

It will take some time to come down and some more time to come under non-diabetic range.

My HbA1c was 8.12 and latest is 5.8.Just because of carb reduction and addition of good fat in diet as per suggestion of helping hands in this forum, especially healthunlocked.com/user/anup

Physical activities are good for health so continue that but avoid too much.

Remember-diet is key for diabetes management.

Add nuts and green vegetables in your diet.

Dear Imteyaz Kindly reduce 2+2 roti to 1+! .Increase salad ,good fat, nuts etc. After one month go for sugar checking. I am taking only one roti since one year. Follow the link of health unlocked of Anup, Shrisamarth,Cure,Sahikantiyar and Alwayas optimistic. Insallha you will be able to reduce sugar level.
