Further to my Previous Post on Blood Sugar tested at home for fasting & PP , I had given my blood sample to a path lab for HBA1c...
Happy to inform you all that for the 2 nd time I have got my HBA1c as 5.8.
It is exactly same as Last Hba1c as posted in Jan, 2021 in this forum.

Dear Soni Yes, I do take 1 tablet of metformin , but not for my blood sugar control.
Whole plant based diet gives a lot of varieties - a wide spectrum of diet and for me Blood sugar control by whole plant based diet is not an issue ...some whole plant food with high fiber tends to reduce sugar and others with low fiber may tend to increase blood sugar. So it is under your control.
In fact, My fasting blood sugar went as low as 75- 78 a couple of times ( I had posted in the past) and I was scared of hypoglycaemia.....
So , I had to add some plant fats from nuts & seeds to increase my blood sugar so I don't go too low.
I am taking metformin for its pleiotropic effects which I think I had posted earlier. Please read this post below for your understanding .
