Hi All,

I tried 4 medium size makki roti and sarson ka saag (1 cup) for my dinner and found that my FBS has reached well below my usual level of 100-110 mg/dL. The actual reading in my glucometer was 87 mg/dL. Have you guys tried this dish for your dinner? If not, please try and post your findings.

Hi soni1 ,I'm doing good. Thanks. How are you doing?

I'm not active in this forum as my focus has shifted to my other condition-- Osteopenia/Osteoporosis.

My hbA1c hovers roughly around 6.5 for the last two years or so. I do my HbA1c test yearly once or twice these days.

I could not find out the reason sandybrown . I did various blood tests. But could not figure out what triggered my condition.

Hi barani19 ,

Have you cut the rotis in half and saved one half for another meal/snack? See if that can help with the blood sugars/carb. intake/amount. What has your doctor said about your blood sugars?

Activity2004 , the rotis were medium to small in size. My testing proves that maize is a diabetic friendly food.

Thank you for this information. There are new things to learn and understand. One thing I understand is, the processed food that is available to us is causing all the health problems!!
