There is Nothing to worry.. it is idiopathic pain....may come and go on its own...
However, many times, it could be because of high hsCRP or abnormal lipid profile, high BMI, abnormalThyroid hormone ...which we need to check and correct.
It is not that everyone will have it....but if some one is having it....It is better to be informed on new studies and new findings rather than running around for help from Doctor to Doctor and hospital to hospital...
