Yes, it is new mobile phone technology. There are many new apps coming out of India.

May be you need a new and latest mobile phone. The cost of app and other bits to test blood. According to the web site most of the items are on sale at 50% or less. Why?

A simple home test device give good results and a manual recording for one to see up or down numbers. Apps draw graph for you. It all depends on the age of the person and the knowledge of new mobile phone technology to use the devise with apps.
