Any one out there, could you please explain this to me:

"Hi, I have just had cholesterol results back and would love some help interpreting the results. If anyone can help me understand the levels it would be really appreciated :)

Serum lipids (SP11610) - low fat diet , Serum cholesterol 4.8 mmol/L (0 - 4.9) Target (secondary prevention) <4.0 mmol/L "

I am trying to understand what is SP 116190.

The person who posted has not given me an answer to my question, This is from a UK NHS trust!
